How it works
How credits work
1 credit = simplify up to 1,000,000 input vertices (rounded up).
Queue & ETA
Jobs run in a queue (like a render farm). ETA is shown after upload. Higher plans get priority during busy times. Most jobs finish in a few minutes once started.
Saved results
Completed results stay available for preview/download for 24 hours. Each job counts toward your saved-results limit (LOD packs count as one job).

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I be charged?
Billing begins as soon as you activate a paid plan. We only charge the payment method on file for the plan you choose.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. Plans renew monthly, and you can switch tiers or cancel before the next billing cycle.
What mesh formats are supported?
We support the OBJ, STL, PLY, and GLB formats. Please contact us if you would benefit from other supported formats.
Do you store my mesh files?
We keep completed results available for preview/download for up to 24 hours, then delete them. Each completed job counts toward your plan's saved-results limit (LOD packs count as one job). You can delete a job anytime to remove its files sooner.
Do you simplify textures?
We intentionally optimize geometry first. Outputs are geometry-only and shown with a uniform material for clarity and speed. If texture-inclusive export matters for you, reach out via contact.
