Withdrawal Information Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the portion of services already provided up to the time you notify us of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of the contract. Expiry of the right of withdrawal For services, the right of withdrawal may expire if we have fully performed the service and we started performance only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire if we begin performance after you gave your express consent to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and you acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
